Still time to enter Monopoly second-chance drawing

You have a second chance to enter the final Monopoly second-chance drawing.

It turns out there were some technical difficulties that prevented some players from entering their tickets before the deadline at midnight Tuesday.

So the Florida Lottery haas briefly reopened the registration period and you have until 1 p.m. Thursday to enter your losing tickets for the final drawing.

The drawing, which had been scheduled for today, will take place Friday.

“We value all of our players, and we regret any inconvenience this issue may have caused,” said Lottery spokeswoman Connie Barnes. “One of our top priorities is safeguarding the integrity of our games and promotions. We believe this entry deadline extension is an important effort to continually ensure the fairness of the games for everyone who plays.”
