Orlando ticket wins $226,000 Fantasy 5 jackpot

Forget Powerball and Lotto.

The biggest winner in Wednesday night’s lottery drawings was the person who bought a Fantasy 5 Quick Pick at the Publix at 409 S. Chickasaw Trail in Orlando.

That ticket won $226,320.46 as the single jackpot winner, the Florida Lottery said.

The Powerball and Lotto jackpots are climbing.

Powerball will be an estimated $61 million Saturday night.

In Florida, six tickets matched four numbers and the Powerball Wednesday night. Only one player used Power Play to increase the prize from $10,000 to $40,000.

The Lotto jackpot Saturday night will be $25 million.

There were 47 tickets for Wednesday night’s drawing that matched 5 of 6 numbers. Most of them won $4,327.50, but seven tickets used Xtra to increase the prize to $21,637.50.
